| Seems health now becomes the hottest topics for me recently.
Maybe I'm now getting older.. .. ..
My body keeps warning me about my BAD life-style.
"Sleep Late, Sleep Short, and Poor Sleeping Quality"
I become easy to get sick. Maybe just coz of the sightly temptature change from
outdoor and indoor, the hot and wet air on the street, or only my anger on work...
those thing can bring me sickness easily now.
Look! so weak I am! DAMN IT!
I have decided to have more exercise!
"START FROM TODAY! "
I have cycling for half hour and doing simple yoga for half hour this morning.
I have drunk plently of water and kept taking deep breath regularly as to remove the dirty thing from my body.
I think my health will be as good as the time i was 17! YEAH!

| recently, i checked out my profolio to see what i have done in the past half year.
um....
the result made me so depress. i found that i have done nothing creative... but adaptation.
is it time to move again?
or i should stay for a while and pray for the change?
um... don't miss any chance! in my office or in other office!

| NEWS:
Tryde and me will take part in an interesting project,
and we will have a group name, 408.
actually, 408 which's mean 8th April. it was a memorable date of us.
we have a new page after the date of 408.
and i hope that we will have another new page after the first
job of 408. ^____^ wait and see! everybody.
RECENT:
there's so much changes in my working place,
it really make me feel a little uncomfortable wholehearted.
Many people left, shift of account, lack of oppotunities, lack of resource,
depressive atmosphere...
I think it should be the moment to keep an eye on other agencies, Right?
Otherwise, my inside fire will be burnt out day by day here....
on the other hand, i do hope that i can arrange a nice party for
tryde's b-day with our U-classmates asap.
It has been delayed for long... so sorry for my lazy, Mr. leung.
